Tammy graduated from Dalhousie University and the Technical University of Nova Scotia with Bachelors degrees in Science and Computer Science and a Diploma in Engineering. After working in the engineering field on many projects including developing Command and Control systems for the Department of National Defense, staying at home to raise her kids took priority.

Tammy's passion for real estate began with her interest in real estate investing. While a stay at home mom, she immersed herself in the field of real estate investing, learning everything she could before taking the plunge and buying her first investment property. Besides her principal residence, Tammy’s first real estate investment was a 10 unit multifamily apartment. A year later she added a 12 unit building to her portfolio. Since then, Tammy has successfully flipped property and has a partnership to develop a commercial, retail property. Real estate sales was a natural progression to her investing passion.

Having lived in Halifax Regional Municipality her whole life, Tammy understands what makes the Halifax area and the people who call it home so special. From the summer busker festivals on the waterfront, to the downtown pubs and restaurants, to the annual Christmas parades, HRM is a special place that she is proud to call home.
