Born in Kitchener, Ontario, Tracy spent her formative years in the Truro area and lived in the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) for 12 years before settling in River Philip. Over the years, she has also called Newfoundland and Labrador, British Columbia, and Maine home, giving her a broad perspective and a deep appreciation for community and connection.

With a passion for helping others, Tracy's career spans over 20 years as a business owner in industries such as apartment rentals, restaurants, forestry, and personal coaching and wellness.
